How much does delivery cost?

With us, you pay no shipping costs

How can I track my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, open the shipping confirmation email you received. You will receive a shipping confirmation, including the tracking number, for every package sent to you.  

How long does shipping take?

Your order will arrive at your home in 10-14 days. RETURNS How long is the return period? Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

When will my refund be processed?

Your refund will always be credited according to the payment method you selected when placing your order. After we receive your return, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.  

How do I proceed with a return?

Inform us about your return by email at info@mymalona.de. We need the following information from you: first and last name, email address, and order number.

After you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation that includes your selected items and your invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order has not yet left our warehouse, you can cancel it at any time.

We accept PayPal, invoice, instant bank transfer, installment payment, and credit card.

Why was my payment rejected?

If your payment is not possible, there could be various reasons. For example, an input error, an invalid card, missing verification, or a technical error. Please try again in a few minutes or use a different payment method.

All payments on our website are secure. Our checkout uses SSL encryption to reliably protect personal data and payment information.

Where do I enter the discount code?

 If you have a discount code, you can enter it during the checkout process.
