Thank you for your purchase from MYMALONA. Please review our return policy carefully before completing your order.
All Sales Final
All sales are considered final. We do **not** accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within **14 days** of delivery. Provide your order number along with clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once your claim has been verified, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear after delivery. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether the reported issue qualifies as a damage or defect under this policy.
